Frequently Asked Questions

We process our payments via the payment service provider “Stripe”. Through this you can pay by means of country-specific payment options for your country.

You need a separate license for each developer. To do this, order the desired number of licenses you need. In utalic’s “Cloud Management” console, you can then assign the licenses to individual developers. Please note that we still charge for licenses that are not assigned to any developers.

You can change or cancel your subscription by signing in to your customer portal on our website.

You can downgrade to a smaller plan immediately. The money already paid for a higher plan will be charged for the new subscription and you will receive the next invoice later.

If they cancel their plan, the subscription will end on the date you have already paid up to.

We do not offer refunds.
